Open to players of all ages and skill levels. Minimum age: 5 years old.

Players will be paired each round based on performance (using the FIDE Dutch pairing algorithm)

📌 Library Guidelines & Important Information
US Chess Membership
Children ages 17 and under may apply for a free US Chess membership by completing a form and submitting it to Dorchester County Library - Summerville or Ashley River Branch.
⏰ Forms must be submitted by February 7 to allow sufficient processing time.
Participant Eligibility
Both adults and children are welcome to participate in the tournament.
Food Policy
No snacks will be provided. Players are welcome to bring lunch and eat outside the library during breaks.
