2027 SC Scholastic Chess Championship

SC RESIDENTS ONLY

TEAMS: Enter the full name of your SCHOOL (ex: "Harbison West Elementary School")--do not use the name of a club or other affiliation. You are eligible to play for any school you have attended during the 2025-2026 school year. If you have any issues with your registration, please contact info@columbiachess.org. If you are home schooled, you are permitted to play for the school in which you are zoned or that you previously attended before homeschooling, or you can indicate "{Lastname} Homeschool."

GRADE: Play in the section for which you qualify (no "playing up"). **Team awards for Elementary combine scores for K-5 and K-3 players for the same school, so you can register for either section and still be counted toward your school's score**

GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP on April 10, 2027 requires separate registration at https://tournachess.com/t/ccc-c68u-2027/register. Girls are permitted and encouraged to play in both State Championship on March 20, 2027 as well as Girls' Championship on April 10, 2027)
